Bexley Council - Sustaining Primary Science Through Networked Support
- The project involves 60 schools working with Bexley Council and the community. Support in science is offered through a virtual science network.

Keys to Success Excellence in Cities Action Zone Nottingham - 'TRI-SCI' (Transition in Science)
- This is a key Stage 2/3 transfer project involving six Nottingham city schools, the University of Nottingham and the Nottingham Trent University.

The Cams Hill Science Consortium, Hampshire - Improving pedagogy and cross phase progression through enriching the curriculum through a collaboratively planned sequence of lessons and activities in Years 6 and 7.
- A Key Stage 2/3 transfer project involving 3 secondary schools each working with at least 3 primary schools.

Macmillan College, Middlesbrough - The Macmillan outdoor classroom: Inspiring scientific enquiry and science pedagogy during Key Stage 2/3 transition.
- This Key Stage 2/3 transition project is teaching science to pupils in years 6 and 7 in an outdoor classroom. The project involves the Macmillan College and its 37 feeder primary schools.

King James's School, Huddersfield - The King James's Pyramid Science Teaching project.
- A Key Stage 2/3 transfer project involving 6 members of the King James's School science department working with the headteachers, science co-ordinators and Year 6 teachers from 4 of its feeder primary schools.

Alexandra Park School, London - Sensing Science Across KS2/3 Transition.
This Key Stage 2/3 Transfer project is working with the support of the Highgate/Muswell Hill Learning Community. The project includes data logging, science, maths, gifted and talented pupils involving teachers and technicians.
