Greenwich LEA (Cluster Project)

The cluster consists of three primary and three nursery schools.

Programme

The programme established by the cluster aims to:

  • promote an investigative approach to science which promotes imagination and play
  • raise the profile of science and the co-ordinator
  • raise pupil achievement and raise staff confidence.

The programme draws on the University of Durham model. As an outcome it is expected that an infrastructure of expertise will be developed and that a positive attitude towards the teaching and learning of science will be promoted.
