How was the Trust formed and what does it do?

What is the Trust’s charitable status?

The Trust was registered as a charity by the Charity Commission for England and Wales in October 1997 with registered number 1064864 and registered office at 15 Stanhope Gate, London W1Y 6LN (which moved to 2 Kingdom Street, London  W2 6BD in 2010).

What we offer

The AstraZeneca Science Teaching Trust funds a range of innovative and cluster projects in the UK focussed on Science teaching. The Trust is rather unique in its focus, namely Primary School (~5-11 year olds), transition from Primary to Secondary School and early secondary school science education (~11-14).
